Joseph Dengel has a Bachelors Degree in finance and real estate from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Appraisal Institute, having been awarded the prestigious MAI designation from that organization. Mr. Dengel is also a Professional Member of the National Golf Foundation, an Associate Member of the National Golf Course Owners Association and an Associate Member of the United States Golf Association. Mr. Dengel also proudly serves a Director of The Southern Golf Association. Finally, Joseph Dengel is a licensed real estate broker, a property tax consultant, and a certified real estate appraiser in the State of Texas. Mr. Dengel has appraised and provided consulting services on a wide variety of golf course developments throughout the United States. These services have been used in obtaining mortgage loans, in making corporate management decisions, and in property tax determinations.
